Terms & Policies
UPON ARRIVAL:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving before your service will allow time should you have treatment forms to filled out.
ARRIVING LATE:
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Treatment(s) may need to be customized due to the new allotted time or may need to be rescheduled. Your treatment will end on time as to not delay other scheduled appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Kindly, cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the service date. You will be called to be reminded of your appointment the day before. We ask that if any changes need to be made to your appointment that you let us know at that time. Failure to give appropriate notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a "No-Show" fee.
CLINIC ETIQUETTE:
We ask that you keep your cell phones off or on silent while inside the clinic and during services. This is to prevent the disruption of services for yourself and others clients. Please make prior arrangements for child care. For the safety of your children, we request they DO NOT accompany you to any appointment.
HEALTH CONSIDERATION:
Please notify, during the time of booking of any health condition or concerns. This could include high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies or any other medical conditions that may interfere with the treatment. Some services are not recommended during pregnancy, please note this information at the time of booking.
